This and That

Good morning, Friends! It's another overcast morning, but I won't let it bother me. I had a great day subbing elementary school music yesterday, even though all I did was administer a quiz and play Instrument Bingo with the kids. The kids behaved perfectly!

I didn't get any writing done. After work, my husband and I had to go by the DMV to get my misplaced driver's license replaced. We were there for almost 1-1/2 hours while we waited and waited for B96 to be called. For most of the time, not a single B number was called at all. The numbers jumped all over the place. A's, then E's, then T's, then A's again. Why they don't call all of the A's, then all of the B's, then all of the C's consecutively - well, I don't know. People who had arrived after we did got in before use. Very confusing. Thankfully, my number was finally called and I had to go to only one station to get everything done. That's going to have to be the last time I misplace my card, so I don't have to go through all of that again.

Today will be a semi-busy day. I have to return some tennis shoes, pick up some bedding and food for my hamster, and clean my hamster's cage. Tomorrow, I'll get to spend the day with my daughter, shopping and seeing her new apartment. I love looking at apartments and houses, seeing how the other half lives.
